Horrible personal experience. The guy Brad NEVER told me that booking deposit was non-refundable up front, like a consumate professional. Anyways, life happened and abruptly starting having other miscellaneous truck issues occurring, so then having the audio in my vehicle repaired was no longer a priority. So I call up to the shop REPEATEDLY: to inform them that I no longer need their services and to ask if I could get my full refund. No one ever answered OR called me back, so I left two voicemails. Eventually I just sent a text, and that's when the Brad dude finally responds, which is highly unprofessional in my opinion(as it's easy to cowar, lie, manipulate via text message, as opposed to verbally speaking on the phone). But he sent a long, novel of a text message: showing some unauthentic sympathy for me , then the ultimate blow= "unfortunately, that booking fee is non-refundable" at the end. Like I said....this was just MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Overall, the company still appears to be a well ran place of business, w/ okay-to-pretty good customer service, and relatively reasonable prices. I just felt the need to voice my opinion via my experience, bc it's been weighing on me

If I could give 10 stars I WOULD!! Brad is literally the BEST! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to get me out of my jam. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish and beyond. Whether you need stereos, installations, BAIID devices, calibrations, or anything in between, they really are a jack-of-all-trades shop. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional work!

Was initially happy with some work that has been done but this is how my dash turned out when the head unit was replaced. Was told to bring it back on a hot day and they will try to bend it back in place. If I had known it didn't line up right when the installed occured, I would have not opted for that unit. Very disappointed in the outcome and I refuse to keep throwing money into a unit I am not happy with. Will be finding another place to fix this properly. When you tell them you are not happy, they block you.

I gotta say, if I could give more stars I absolutely would. The guys over here absolutely nailed it with my custom 2 15 box. Had another shop do shit work and these guys took care of me and got me right! Amazing prices, amazing work, amazing people and environment! Would 100% finish my build with them and that’s the goal. Don’t waste time going to shit shops like bassxaudio. Get a one stop shop like xtreme sounds and get shit done right! Super friendly staff! Don’t waste your money elsewhere! This shop is THE shit. No joke
